Terms of use
These terms and conditions govern your purchase of Goods from Audio
House Marketing Pte Ltd through its online request. PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND
CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. BY SUBMITTING A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ) TO AUDIO
HOUSE, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
Definitions
In these terms and conditions, “WE?and ?US?means Audio House Marketing Pte Ltd
and “YOU?means the person, firm or corporation purchasing the Goods indicated in
your submitted Request Form.
Sales of Goods
Goods purchased from us will only be shipped to addresses within Singapore. For
oversea purchase, the transport/shipment cost to send from Singapore is borne
by YOU.
Submitting a Request
Upon receiving your RFQ request, WE will be contacting
YOU by telephone (Singapore only) or email provided in the quotation request to
confirm the details.
Only upon your confirmation will your order be accepted by US as a confirmed
RFQ for the Goods specified in the RFQ on-line form. WE may or may not accept
your Request at our discretion.
Thereafter a Quotation Order containing and specifying the Goods quantity,
price/s delivery charge and quotation number will send to YOU by email,
facsimile or by post to the address stated in the request.
If WE are not able to accept your request, we will notify YOU with
communication means which WE deem fit.
Price and Delivery
The price payable by YOU for the Goods will be indicated on the
Quotation Order and is inclusive of the prevailing GST rate, any other tax,
charges or customs duties imposed on the Goods
Upon confirmation of the Quotation Order a Sales invoice, which will be
delivered together with the Goods will be generated. From oversea, the
transport/shipment cost to send from Singapore is borne by YOU. This Sales
Invoice will be the proof of your purchase. WE reserve the right to charge a
separate delivery charge if YOU were unable to accept the delivery at the
arranged time.
At least 3 working days are required for the delivery.
Payment Terms
All payments must be made in the currency of Singapore. Audio House
vouchers are not allow to use for payment of Goods purchased online.
If YOU are making payment by cash, then the full amount payable for the Goods
will be Cash-On-Delivery.
If YOU are making payment by cheque, then it must be received by US and cleared
before the Goods are delivered to YOU.
If YOU are making payment by Telegraphic Transfer, then WE must receive it
before the Goods are delivered to YOU.
A sales invoice will be delivered together with the Goods to YOU.
Variation
These Terms & Conditions are subject to changes without prior
notice to YOU at our discretion. Continuing using of the website and submitting
any Request to US implies that YOU accept these changes and amendments.

Audio House Extended Warranty
WE offered Extended Warranty to products. However YOU have to come
down personally to our outlets with your original invoice within 14 days to
purchase it. When YOU purchased the
Extended Warranty from US, YOU are deem to have read, understood and
acknowledged the terms and conditions of the Extended Warranty and agree to
comply with those terms.

Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions together with your Request and the Sales
Confirmation (Quotation Order & Sales Invoice) formed the entire Agreement
between US and YOU in respect to the purchase of the Goods and will supersede
all statements or other agreements (oral or written) if any, between YOU and
US.
